Alpine Dream is the project through which AD Srl develops incoming travel, booking management, tailor-made programmes and operational coordination for groups, events and accommodation providers.

It grew out of hands-on experience in running hospitality operations, apartments, commercial distribution and travel services across several Italian destinations.

We work across the Alps, the lakes, the coast and the art cities, combining organisation, real knowledge of each destination, customer focus and a drive to innovate through our own tools and technology.

Experience rooted in hospitality

Before being a commercial brand, Alpine Dream is the result of experience built in the field, in the direct management of hospitality and travel services.

Over time we have developed capabilities ranging from running hotels and apartments to commercial distribution, from guest support to building programmes for groups, events and incoming travel.

That gives us a concrete perspective: we genuinely know the properties, the destinations, the operational requirements and what travellers expect.

Our ecosystem

Alpine Dream grew out of hands-on hospitality experience and works with accommodation providers in some of the most representative destinations of the Alps and of Italy.

The properties in our ecosystem operate across the Dolomites, Valtellina, Lake Garda and Sardinia,

Matteo Antonioli

Management, project development and marketing

Passionate about technology and travel, he studied Economics and Tourism Marketing at the University of Trento. At Alpine Dream he leads project development, digital strategy and communication, along with staff relations and operations across the group's properties. He is also Managing Director of Antonioli Campiglio s.r.l.

Samanta Antonioli

Sales, incoming and group management

Graduate in tourism, with a tourism-management degree from the University of Bergamo. She is Managing Director of AD S.r.l. and responsible for del settore commerciale e booking. Ha collaborato all’organizzazione dei Mondiali di Sci Alpino Bormio 2005 e for the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympics.

Veronica Antonioli

Administration and property management

Graduate in tourism, with a degree in Tourism Economics from the Centro Studi Turistici in Assisi, University of Perugia. She is responsible for administration and for managing the properties and apartments handled by the group. She is also Chair of the Board of Antonioli Campiglio s.r.l., the company that manages the family's accommodation businesses.

Our story

From the Alps to managing groups, events and incoming programmes across Italy: the path of Alpine Dream - AD s.r.l. began with hands-on hospitality experience and grew through organised tourism, booking, sport and international events.

2026

In the context of the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Games, Bormio returns to the centre of the international sporting stage. In this setting Alpine Dream - AD s.r.l. is involved in accommodation support for staff and in services linked to on-the-ground operations, building on years of work with complex events, distributed hospitality and logistics coordination.
2023

In Madonna di Campiglio, working with partners specialising in group travel, Alpine Dream - AD s.r.l. supports the organisation of theIntercars Snow & Music Days, a large-scale event with around 2,000 participants. A project that draws on room management, flow control, operational support and coordination in high-demand alpine destinations.
2022

Bormio hosts the Delegates' Assembly of the Italian Alpine Club. In an area deeply tied to the mountains, Alpine Dream - AD s.r.l. takes part in the technical and logistical support of the event, confirming its role in organising institutional, conference and association gatherings.
2018

Bormio hosts the first edition of theIntercars Snow & Music Days, a major international event for the automotive and incentive sector. Alpine Dream - AD s.r.l. contributes to guest reception and accommodation operations, gaining further experience in leisure and corporate events with high participant numbers.
2014

With ActivityBreaks.com joining the group, AD s.r.l. widens its commercial reach in international markets. The portal, focused on active holidays, short breaks and flexible programmes, strengthens online distribution and consolidates the group's position in incoming and experiential travel.
2010

Bormio hosts the General Assembly of the UIAA - International Climbing and Mountaineering Federation. In the same period Alpine Dream - AD s.r.l. consolidates its specialisation in the logistics of meetings, conferences and sporting events, developing an operational network able to integrate accommodation, services and on-site coordination.
09–19

Over a decade AD s.r.l. supports numerous conference, training and sporting events in Bormio, including medical training courses, corporate initiatives, technical meetings and mountain-related programmes. These are the years in which a working method built on precision, flexibility and operational control takes shape.
05–19

For many years AD s.r.l. works on accommodation linked to the FIS Ski World Cup in Bormio, one of the most iconic stops on the international calendar, on the Stelvio slope. The continuity of this work builds specific expertise in managing accommodation for staff, teams, organisations and operationally intense events.
2005

The Alpine World Ski Championships in Bormio mark a turning point for the company. Taking part in accommodation management and organisational support for a sporting event of global standing begins a path increasingly focused on technical incoming, groups and major international occasions.
2004

AD s.r.l. is founded as the organisational evolution offamily experience built in hospitality. The aim is to coordinate reservations, travel services, guest reception and commercial relationships with a more structured approach, combining local knowledge, direct management and entrepreneurial vision.
2003

ActivityBreaks.com takes shape, a project dedicated to short breaks, active holidays and flexible travel experiences. This focus on building dynamic programmes that combine accommodation, activities and events anticipates much of the group's later development in the digital and international arena.
